ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLES:
- Key role: Head of Project Estimation Group in an International Web Development Agency.
- Secondary role: Support project teams to improve the communication with onshore program management team or the customers (in English) when required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage & Oversee the project estimation/quotation process for all international markets:
a. Act as the primary contact in Vietnam for all prospect requests for proposal & quotation from Onshore Sales team from all markets (EU, US, APAC)
b. Understand the customer's requirement, transfer competely to teams and oversee the estimation process until its completion.
c. Support onshore sales and program managers in prospect estimation improvement and consultancy
2. Assess and improve the quotation methodology and process in reference to the production historical data
3. Support/help, when necessary, project team in communication to Onshore team or Customers.
4. Report to Production Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

REQUIREMENTS 

1. Languages: fluent in English (knowledgeable in Vietnamese and French are pluses)
2. Nationality: Any (Preferrable: Overseas Vietnamese or Vietnamese who studied in countries where English is the 1st or 2nd language)
3. Rich knowledge and experience in Web concepts, development and management (at least 5 years of experience)
4. Good understanding of at least two of these technologies: Microsoft .NET, PHP, JAVA, Flash/Flex
5. Good understanding of at least one of software/web development methodologies or models: XP, Agile, RAD, Test-driven…
6. Good management and work organization skills
7. HIGH level of customer need recognition capability (in web development)
8. Good soft skills: presentation, inter-personal communication, problem analysis, persuasion
9. Personality: highly adaptive, flexible, fast learning, open minded.
10. High motivation in work, professional work attitude, hard working (willing to be contacted at the evening)
