Job Description
|
ROLES
Define and execute the training strategy for a software development company, includes:
1. Define the proper training strategy, according to the business goals of the company.
2. Manage and execute the training activities (internal and with external partners): planning, executing, evaluating and reporting.
3. Analyze and evaluate the human resource’s weakness (according to the company’s business goals) with the HR and Development department in order to define the best effective training plan
4. Manage training schedule and co-ordinate all internal trainers (from Development and HR department) and external training partners.
5. Performing particular training/seminar yourself for possible skills (at least, soft skills such as Communication skill, Effective Presentation skill, Leadership, General Management)

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
1. Has background in Information Technology or Software Engineering or Information System, or has training experience for Software Development Companies.
2. Languages: fluent in both Vietnamese and English (all skills)
3. Professional training skills:
• Excellent in effective communication
• Excellent in public speaking and presentation
• Well-organized.
• High EQ
4. Ability of HR evaluation and understanding
5. Great vision of training strategy for general IT development.
6. At least 3 years of experience in professional training (software or management)
7. Pro-active, adaptive and dynamic.
8. Has experience in IT/Software training is a plus.
