DESIGN STUDIO is one of our main divisions in the Production Center in Vietnam, With the purpose of expanding our service quality, we are currently seeking for a Creative Supervisor (full time or part time) to lead the visual design, ideas of animation for big and innovative online media projects. Successful candidate will play a very important role in our projects with international clients mostly from Europe and America. 

ROLES

• Participate in meetings with clients to analyze, discuss and make presentations in order to understand fully clients’ requirements in terms of ideas.
• Develop Design specification and ensure highest standards of creative outputs by directing the project team to follow strictly Design specification.
• Report directly to the Design Director and liaises with the Sales team, Web Designers and Developers.
• Be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts, developing original design concepts and overseeing the design execution.
• Research new creative styles / trends, especially in Europe and US.
• Conduct internal seminars or trainings for Design team if required.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years of experience at the same position in world-wide company in Vietnam (prefer agency). Familiar with Western style 
• Expert at conceptual thinking including both visual and interactive. 
• Expert at Adobe Flash, Photoshop and other Design Tools.
• Have experience in Web and web advertising.
• Have a solid understanding of intuitive site design including functionality, interaction, architecture, user interfaces, animations
• Have knowledge of 3D and Multimedia is a PLUS.
• Be driven to define the look and feel of web, media project.
• Proactive and strong at communication/presentation skills in both in English and Vietnamese as you will interface with clients and teams regularly.
• Be self-motivated and have strong intention to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ready to work under pressure and overtime if necessary (overtime work will be paid by the company).
