Founded in 2004, Music Faces is leading Entertainment Join Stock Company specializes in Music Production, record label, artist’s management and Recording Studio services. The name Music Faces came from the wish of producer group’s of Duc Tri, Anh Quan, Huy Tuan, Hoai Sa, Phuong Uyen, Hong Kien, Vo Thien Thanh, etc to build a new musical environment for new faces, talents in Vietnam.

As Digital Service Manager you will be responsible for finding, contacting and establishing commercial relationships with new clients / partners; coordinating and implementing all aspects of MFaces’s new Digital Business department as well as train staff and clients on digital content and its monetization.

You also work directly with singers and producer; strategize business at departmental level and report directly to the Managing Director.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Development: Spear-head the digital business of Mfaces, e.g. licensing for online music, e-commerce, mobile application, etc. 
- Being proactive in seeking new clients and generating more projects from existing clients
- Contract closure – ability to affectively handle objections and efficiently close contracts

2. Revenue Generation / Sales Acquisition & Reporting: Setting revenue targets for existing and new clients
- Work closely with the Managing Director to plan sales strategies and targets
- Experienced in setting revenue targets for existing and new clients

3. Operational Savvy: Allocating tasks, supervising and monitoring progress of tasks
- Managing the digital business team
- Perform on-the-job training and clear guidance for the digital business resource
- Recruit digital business resource as required
- Work with the Managing Director to develop the sales plans
- Setting highest standards for all communication to and from client

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business / Journalism/ Communication is preferred

4 years of professional experience and knowledge of music production, copyright, music industry is a plus.

Competencies/ Skills:
1. English language – written & verbal
2. Able to plan and manage multiple tasks
3. Working under pressure and team-work
