- Conduct effective market, customer, competitor analysis (provincial analysis)
- Collect & analyse market information and provide timely analytical support and recommendations to improve sales performance
- Work with cross-function teams to build and execute the marketing and sales business plan, budget, etc.
- Awareness of OHS&E.

- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration, advanced degree preferred
- Strong systematic thinking and analytical skill, planning and organizational skill
- Good at creativity assertive and interpersonal communication skill
- Detailed and working knowledge of Computer software
- High ability to understand, write and converse fluently in English
- Willing to travel
