Job Description
|
Our Client has experienced a rapid growth in over the past few years, and has the leading position among the Class Societies in Vietnam. The company has approx. 100 employees today, and the organization continues to expand in the different offices in HCMC, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Nha Trang and Vungtau. With the growing number of local employees and expats, the company needs to hire an Administrative Manager for the Office in Hai Phong.

The job description as follows:
• Responsibility for establishing, and ensuring execution of the necessary routines and procedures within the common support area of Finance
• Ensure compliance with internal/ external rules, procedures and legislation within Finance area
• Ensure proper financial routines and instructions are in place
• Responsible for accounting routines necessary to prepare financial statements (including P&Ls, project reports, cost reports)
• Support development of annual budgets in the Business Units
• Support line managers, project managers in interpreting/ understanding financial information
• Ensure adequate monitoring and verification of work execution
• Ensure improvement plans and tasks are identified and implemented
• Review monthly salary/allowances payments and various tax reporting
• Act as line manager for the common support Hub
• Perform individual goal setting dialogue with all unit staff, including identification of training and development needs
• Ensure adequate resources and competence within the support HUB
• Manage office facilities

Job Requirements
|
Years of experience: 5 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
Our Client is looking for high qualified candidates in line with the requirements as bellows:
• Local Vietnamese
• Background in Finance/Accounting in an International Company
• Master of Business Administration is preferred
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Self driven and able to implement and run processes
• Understanding of Vietnamese laws
• Good communicator and able to motivate a positive working environment in Vietnam
• Management experience is preferred
• Interest in SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and HR work
