Job Description
|
As Education Sales Manager, the incumbent will cover the following main duties and responsibilities:
KEY OBJECTIVE
The primary focus of the Education Sales Manager is to drive Sales of Education products & services. In the absence of the Education Sales Director, the Education Sales Manager is the central point of contact for the Education organisation at the VN Office.
The Education Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of selected education products and services namely Instructor Led Training, Technology Based Training and company’s Professional Subscription.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achievement of Education sales target for the country
• Provide coaching and guidance to a team of telesales reps for VN
• Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the country
• Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management.
• Develops working relationship with license, consulting, OU, and/or OSS managers to develop joint account plans
• Fill in the role of central point of contact at Vietnam for company University whenever the Education Sales Director is not around
• Handles escalations and participates directly in complex sales situation to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement education specific campaigns with approval from the Education Sales Director
• To understand and communicate the company University value proposition.
• Conducts regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis
• Responsible for the country targets by tracking Education revenue, bookings & expenses monthly, liaise with finance.

MINIMUM ENTRY-LEVEL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Our Client is looking for high calibre Vietnamese candidate to fill in the position. The candidate should have:
• Vietnamese & English language fluency
• Preferably a Polytechnic or Degree holder either in Business Administration or IT
• 5 or more year sales or marketing experience is ideal
• Preferably possess working knowledge of telesales job.
• Through understanding of company's products and services.
• Ability to lead sales team in all areas of the sales cycle
• Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution ability.
• Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
• Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-Motivating and Independent individual.
• Ability to deal with colleagues at all sales and management levels
• Driven by goals and standards of excellence
• Professional with strong planning and Business Management skills
