Job Description
The purpose of this position is to direct and manage the sales activity of a team of Scientific Representatives toward the achievement of the agreed sales goals & sales KPIs and implementing operation practices in accordance with the company policy & strategic objectives in the assigned territories & develop internal competencies. 

The District Sales Manager' main responsibilities are:
• Manage and develop the Scientific Representatives (SRs) in your team to ensure their competencies, behavior and performance are in line with company requirements
• Provide on-the-job training & coaching to SRs to ensure they have a good understanding of their territories, customers, marketing tactics and product knowledge, and, achieve a high level of performance. Plan and coordinate the efforts of SRs toward the consistent achievement of business goals & KPIs. 
• Develop the prescribing of designated products in the team’s territory. Sustain the relationships with existing key customers, develop new key customers and maintain complete, accurate and up to date records of both within the customer database.
• Contribute to the definition of targets & support the management to analyze sales volumes and potential in the assigned territories.
• Conduct regular team meetings, ensure proper and timely provision of reports from the team. 
• Participate in divisional meetings and other company activities. Provide regular managerial reports and feedback on market information & key customers as required to ensure the achievement of the common goals.
• Involve in promotional activities.
• Attend all assigned training courses and development programs as required.
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  6 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

Our client is seeking the qualified candidates with those requirements:

• Local Vietnamses
• University degree. Pharmacist or Medical Doctor located in Ho Chi Minh City
• At least 4-6 years working in pharmaceutical industry
• Good understanding on promotion activities of Pharmaceutical industry & essential knowledge on management functions
• Have strong customer relationships in the assigned markets (products & customers); familiarity with a sales tracker & call monitoring system or with experience in a similar position in an international pharmaceutical company will be real advantages for the candidate
• Have good communication skills and able to communicate (speaking & writing) in English
• Able to work well with a computer
• Have a positive outlook, be proactive, well organized, customer focus, a good motivator, decision maker & result-oriented producer.
