Job Description
As Communications Manager, the incumbent will cover the following main duties and responsibilities:
1. Internal Public Relations
Develop and oversee internal communication channels within the company to ensure staff are informed enough to do their jobs properly and understand the business’ objectives, such as:
• Newsletters – for whole of the company or business units
• MOST or intranet
• Town Hall presentations
• Newsboards and posters within offices
• Procedural information
• Collaborate with departments for best solution/channel and keeping information up to date.

Through different information channels, keep staff informed of:
• Management messages on the company’s strategy ; growth; future directions
• Events 
• Achievements
• On-going Programs & Projects
• Community activities
• Working conditions and policies

2. Employment Branding
External : Collaborate with Marketing & PR to promote the company as “Employer of Choice” through website; recruitment websites; newspaper articles; other media channel; 

Internal: Collaborate with HR & management team to promote benefits of working at the company

3. Change Management
Consult with MANCO & business heads to write and communicate information regarding organisational changes, including Town Hall presentations, team workshops and email messages.
Work closely with Human Resources to anticipate issues with staff and alternative solutions.

4. The company Spirit
Work with staff committee to plan and organise activities and events that generate spirit among staff, including recreational activities, formal parties or office-based activities.

5. Community
Oversee and drive initiatives within the company to meet its community involvement aims, including such actions as Community Giving programs, sponsorships, volunteering activities and one-off involvement in community events.

6. Other Projects
Being flexible to join other HR and PR projects upon request such as staff surveys, other marketing surveys, presentations and reports.
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

Our Client is looking for high qualified candidates with the following requirements:
1. Essential Experience Profile
• Sound understanding of local PR norms and regulations
• Excellent spoken and written English and Vietnamese language communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills - ability to MC and host events
• Excellent computer literacy, especially MS PowerPoint, desktop publishing, MS Word, MS Sharepoint and web-based communication tools.
• Previous leadership experience 
• Relationship building skills with external organisations
• Excellent organisational and task coordination skills
• “Get up and go” – high energy and enthusiasm, ability to enthuse others and generate involvement and participation
• Passion and drive to “make life better” for staff and the community
• Ability to earn trust of executives, senior managers and staff – open and honest with ability to manage confidential issues
2. Desired Experience Profile
• Sound knowledge of Group Branding policies, procedures on practices.
• Knowledge of the company’s Products and Services
• Web design skills
• Experience working with community organisations 
• Qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Care
