Restaurant/Food Service

*Operation
-Organizes the catering operations during a site opening
-Controls catering daily operations
-Controls Food Cost
-Ensures the good quality service to the existing clients in the catering departments.
-Liaises with clients for issues related to their sites and solve problems if any
-Masters all the company policies and regulations related to the catering activities 
-Enforces the company policies and procedures on site.
-Works in cooperation with the Restaurant Manager.

*Management
-Manages team in an aim of collaboration. Defines the daily missions of assistant(s) and organizes their reports 
-Makes daily and weekly schedules in order to organize teams job.
-Manages all chef-cooks and supervisor on site. 

*Training
-To train his staff to follow the system and the policies of the company
-Responsible to manage his team

Years of experience:  7 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

-Oversea Vietnamese or foreigner, male is referable, under 40 year old
-University Degree, candidates who graduated in Business Administration, Hospitality are preferred
-At least 7 years experience in Food and Beverage management or manage restaurant 
-Proficient in using English and office computer
-Mature, dynamic and hard working
-Good looking
