As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a qualified and dynamic Quality Assurance Manager, based in Vietnam. * Defining internationally recognised CMMi and ISO compliant software development processes 

* Defining and reporting against quality metrics for software development project delivery, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement by both internal staff and third party suppliers 

* Defining standards for all aspects of project delivery (including coding standards, documentation standards, testing standards, project management standards) and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement by both internal staff and third party suppliers 

* Planning, managing, and successfully delivering publicly recognised quality certification projects

* Researching and recommending software development industry best practices 

* Researching internationally recognised software development related certifications

* Preparing the business case and implementation plan for new certifications

* Researching and recommending tools to support the quality management system and project delivery, including testing tools

* Ensuring the continuous improvement of projects, bid and quality management processes 

* Building a team of experienced software quality assurance professionals

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent; 
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and project management; 
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality management; 
* Proven track record of successfully implementing a Quality Management program at a large software development company; 
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; 
* The ability to negotiate with, liaise with, advise, and influence clients, partners and colleagues at all levels; 
* The ability to work under extreme pressure delivering quality management system objectives and agreed outcomes on time and budget; 
* In-depth knowledge of the software development life-cycle and software development methodologies; 
* In-depth knowledge of software project management methodologies; 
* In-depth knowledge of software quality processes, standards, and certification requirements; 
* Ability and willingness to travel abroad
