Human Resources

* Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions including all aspects of professional relations, hourly/labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development, communications and community relations. 

* Provide leadership in recruiting, selection, and training of salaried and hourly workforce. 

* Establish HR policies and procedures and ensure positive employee relations practices for the site. 

* Consult with the plant team to define roles and missions, design the organizational structure and facilitate team performance. 

* Lead change efforts and provide career development support for managers and employees. 

* Support management in administering compensation plans and reward and recognition programs that are equitable and in line with the organization's goals. Provide advice, council and support for benefits, training, compliance programs and HR Information Systems. 

* Facilitate communications throughout the plant including employee attitude surveys and represent the company in the community. 

* Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

* University Degree or Masters Degree in MBA or Human Resources Management 

* Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, preferably gained from multinational companies and/or manufactures 

* Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations 

* Demonstrated ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels 

* Mature, independent and results oriented 

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to drive change 

* Team leader in a dynamic, energetic and aggressive environment 

* Fluency in Vietnamese and English for both written and verbal communication skills
