Marketing, Sales

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

- Manage and control the whole activities of the Sales & Marketing Department including Sales, Marketing, Distribution network and After sales activities; 
- Develop and implement marketing plans for the organization’s products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets;
- Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical and appropriate for their intended audience;
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies;
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify market opportunities; adjust markets strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions;
- Liaise with other functional and operational are mangers to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives;
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve established sales and profit goals.
- Develop, evaluate and review technical service procedures and standards;
- Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards

- Local Vietnamese, Male
- University graduation, MBA is preferred
- At least 10 years in sales and marketing 
- Management skills, presentation skills
- Good command of both English and Vietnamese.
- Computer literacy
- Personal Characteristics: As per your point of view to be suitable. 

The company will provide commute bus when the company moves to Binh Xuyen industrial zones
