Oversee and Manage all the production team and projects for EU and/or US/Asia customers (see: our customers) for all web-based development projects

General:Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

Experienced in Web development environment

Experienced in project management and production management (Web industry)

Familar with most of these web applications: advertising sites, portal, newsletters, forum, chat, flash games, flash websites, e-commerce, e-business, B2B/B2C.

Understand (overview, advantages, disadvantages, most-used cases) the most of the web technologies: .NET, JAVA, PHP, Flash, SQLserver, MySQL.

Excellent in English (all skills)

Good in French is an advantage

Excellent inter-personal, communication skills

Understand business concepts is prefered.
