Job Description
- Participates in a team-selling environment, typically working with one or more senior Account Executives on assigned named accounts in an assigned industry [and/or geographic] territory. 
- Identifies and qualifies opportunities, executes account strategy and generates product, service and training revenue. 
- Facilitates and maintains successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their referenceability and customer satisfaction levels.

Reports to Sector Director/Snr Account Executive or Industry Sales Mgr

Responsibilities:

Relationship Management
• Build strong customer relationships by consistently setting realistic expectations early in each sales campaign and meeting or exceeding those expectations through successful execution of Customer Engagement Model (CEL).
• Facilitate customer satisfaction through the proper deployment of the appropriate resources to successfully execute CEL.
• Participate in account transitions to ensure proper and consistent communication with customer and virtual customer support team.
• Attend and participate in customer team meetings, and communicate regularly with professional services staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain successful business relationships with strategic partners.

Opportunity Management
• Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of CEL.
• Position to win sales opportunities by executing and communicating effective selling strategies.
• Routinely discuss and communicate account strategy with other members of the virtual account team.
• Maintain an accurate and documented pipeline of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to management.
• Continuously gather knowledge of competitors and how to effectively position solutions against them.
• Leverage and effectively communicate Solution Maps to broaden the footprint.

Territory Management (if applicable)
• Manage the details of all assigned accounts.
• Maintain an up-to-date recorded inventory of all of your named accounts, including opportunities, contacts and history.
• Strive to always grow each new sale into a strong account reference for company.
• Within each account in the territory, seek to expand and strengthen company’s presence by establishing proactive relationships with influential people, both within the customer and other third parties.
• Support (through direct and active participation) all company promotions and events in the territory, including (but not limited to) SAPPHIRE, Industry Solution Days, executive events and industry initiatives.
• Develop an extensive knowledge base of all assigned accounts, including their business profile, key players, application and technology footprint, buying process, compelling events, political environment and strategies.

Administrative Management
• Provide accurate and timely updates to all pipeline and forecast reports in MKIS on an ongoing basis.
• Comply with all company personnel, sales, proposal and contract policies.
• Comply in a timely manner with all and time sheet, travel and expense policies,
• Maintain appropriate levels of involvement in customer issues requiring resolution, including invoices for license fees, maintenance, consulting services and training.

Personal Development
• Develop an Individual Business Plan that will include your business and personal goals and objectives. Discuss, confirm and review on an ongoing basis with your manager.
• Continue to build and grow personal knowledge of industry trends and company product offerings, as well as your general business awareness.
• Review, establish and implement a personal training plan to facilitate your ongoing growth and professional development at company.
• Proactively seek to contribute to company’s growth objectives by providing mentoring to new AE’s.
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- Local Vietnamese
- Bachelor degree required, Advanced degree preferred.
- General familiarity with consultative selling training methodologies also preferred
- Prior experience in business application software sales required, preferably in ERP selling environment.
- Experience in lead sales role of team selling environment also
- Previous success in handling large accounts over lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market strongly advised
