Job Description
As Business Development Manager, the jobholder will cover the following duties and responsibilities:
A. Job summary: 

Manage the Marketing Department to develop and execute the company marketing strategy that will position the company as a center of excellence in health care.

B. Duties and responsibilities: 

• Manage the operation of the Marketing Department
• Introduce and enhance the new image of the company to clients.
• Launch new services, products to clients and ensure the sales target of the company.
• Participate in the development of new area of services (provinces).
• Develop and implement a suitable Public Communication Strategy for entire company as well as for specific areas.
• Discuss with the direct supervision of any special demand or comments from clients for further development of the company services.
• Discuss with the direct supervision of any business opportunity to make sure it will be capture appropriately.
• Maintain a good contact with clients for quality tracking and feedback.
• Handle company tour when required.
• Inform the Operation Manager of any special demand or comments from clients for further development of the company services.
• Conduct marketing meetings
• Other tasks as per requirement of the Management and/or the direct supervision.
• Direct supervision on membership program and organization activities.
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

Our Client is looking for high qualified candidates to fill in the vacancy. The candidates should have:
• At least 2 years experience in Business Development Management with strong record 
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills 
• Strong leadership and management skills 
• Strong communication skills (English & Vietnamese. French is highly recommended and rewarded) 
• Ability to develop and promote membership program 
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player 
• Experience in cross-cultural environment. 
• Experience in medical field is a plus
• Ability to develop business strategy, PR strategy
• International experience/training in related field is preferable
