Job Description
|
In charge of Business development, Channel development, Trade marketing management:
- To propose, monitor and approve sales budget spending.
- To provide the monthly complementary concerning sales and distribution performance analyses, explanation and suggestion to ensure the annual sales plan achievement.
- To coordinate with distributor to set up sales and distribution target in order to archive the annual business plan.
- Coordinate with distributor to set up the system/KPI to monitor the sales and distribution progress of company's products in Vietnam market
- Coordinate with distributors on the special project to push up the sales and distribution development as target.
- Identify the most appropriate trade activities to support the sales in order to build company's product brand leadership in the market and capture the support from the trade. The activities include: trade promotion, merchandising program and events such as: trade conference; trade fair, seminar, training, and entertainment.
- Provide the sales team with necessary training on the utility of the POSM developed
Beside that, the job holder will guide, support, motivate and develop subordinated employees and carry out individual personnel measures

Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
1. Male, age: 35-40
2. Being sales manager for international company at least 5 years with deep knowledge of VN retail market of both MT and GT channel.
3. Team work player, and strong leadership skills
