- Maintain and improve the management information systems to supply accurate, relevant and timely financial information to the management team, authorities and the Group
- Enable and support decision-making process by providing financial information aligned with management responsibility, particularly marketing campaigns, project sales and pricing.
- Assure effective internal control and sound Business Conduct/Corporate Governance.
- Drive and improve the financial planning process 
- Develop and implement Risk Management measures including appropriate insurance coverage to safe guard the company interest.
- Assure effective account receivable collection and cash flow management.
- Contribute to the revision of customer contracts & conditions.
- Develop the employees within the department by providing appropriate support, training, coaching and experience.
- Analyzing effectively the capital to invest
- Managing the capital transactions
- Build up financial policies for Group and follow up the subsidiaries's finance and accounting system

Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or a similar field- Master degree or ACCA or CPA is preferable
- At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting at real estate companies or accounting firms
- Extensive knowledge of technical operating principles, practices & problem of govermental accounting, budget control, procurement, financial adminsitration, debt market.
- Skill in analysis & interpretation of fiscal & accounting records

1500 - 2500 USD per month
