Job Description
CFO responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting effort of the companies. Corrdinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supportings information systems of the company to include budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, tax planning, and conservation of assets.
1. Create, approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company
2. Ensure compliance with local reporting requirements.
3. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and positon control documents, department budgets, salary updates, ledger, account maintenance and data entry
4. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports for management use.
5. Develop andimplement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
6. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguard
7. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendations.
8. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
9. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
10. Analyse cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyse financial statement to pinpoint potential weak areas.
11. Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and expenses and insurance required to start an operate businesses.
12. estalbish and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
13. Serve on planning and policy making committees.
14. Oversee financial management of subsidiary operations to include developing, financial and budget policies and procedures where appropriate.
15. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff according to an approved rescurce plan
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Director 
Minimum education level:  Masters 

- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.
- Knowledge of finance, accouting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Gerenally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accouting reporting systems.
- Knowledge local government financial regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial report, statements and projections.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Certification should include combination of the completion of Master Degree in Finance or Accouting, five to ten years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position, CPA certification, Chief Accountant Certification ( Vietnam)
- Experience in adverstising industry similar service industry beneficial but not essential
