Job Description
As Northern Sales Manager, the jobholder will cover the following duties and responsibilities

Overall description of the role:

To be responsible for the new sales development in the North of Vietnam.

Principal activities:

• Create new favourable contacts to facilitate effective market coverage.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with the customers.
• Attend to tender interviews and report to the HNB Manager and Commercial Director.
• Promptly reply clients or consulting services when receiving any requirement of technical support or specification advice.
• Responsible for the management of sales development in the North.
• Make plan of client and consultant periodic visits for any further support or new potential project or contact.
• Liase with HO Sales & Marketing Dept for information update.

In details: 

1. Establish a spread sheet programme of projects Porfolio for the current year.
2. Obtain a list of projects approved/authorised by the city Urban Planning & Architect or the city Department of Construction, this should include basic requirements
Such as : Client details, addresses, contact numbers, size of investment.
Project starting & completion date, number of equipment required,
Tender selection or nomination of supplier.
The project porfolio must be updated and revised monthly and quarterly, and submit to the Commercial Director, General Director.
3. Prepare and submit on time the costs estimated and quotation or tender documents for any responsible registered job, approved by Contract Manager, Commercial Director and General Director before official submission.
4. Provide free consultancy for architect consultant firm, management committee, client consultants etc...
5. Provide all technical supports to the registered agency and attend meetings with client management committee, architect consultant upon request.
6. Collecting or delivering architect drawings, quotation, draft contract or correspondences to and from project’s office & the company including variation orders before the order to be placed to the factory.
7. Inform and assist the Finance Department to collect payments and debt of the project.
8. Attend sales meetings, seminars, training arranged by the company during the course of the employment.
9. The salesperson / manager must be able to achieve and complete the target set out by the Commercial Director and General Director.
10. Respond efficiently to client, consultant, architect request regarding product specification to any particular type of building
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

Our Client is looking for high qualified candidates with the required Skills / Experience as bellows:

- Male or female, aged under 40;
- University or Master Degree;
- English fluency (speaking, writing);
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience and 2 years in managerial position;
- Hand-on experiences in the similar role
