Job Description
|
The primary responsibility of this position is to promote testing and certification services to major Electrical and Electronic clients in Vietnam to set up our business in this field and establish us as a market leader. By working closely with both the Thailand management team and also the Asia management, he/she needs to:
• Establish a thorough awareness of market conditions, customer developments, competitor activities, and innovations.
• Finalise a business development plan for the C&E Business in Vietnam based on the above
• Contribute to response plans to meet the changing conditions and needs in the market;
• Identify the targeted clients and prioritise the list of customers with analysis;
• Create communication channel with targeted clients and identify key contact and decision makers;
• Feedback collected information and provide recommendations to management team for further development directions;
• Maintain long-term relationships with targeted clients and foster a positive business climate by identifying their basic and major needs;
• Create service programs, including service model and pricing structure, based upon the feedback from targeted clients for further review by management team;
• Plan and coordinate the necessary resources, internally and/or externally, to fulfil the service needs of targeted clients

Job Requirements
|
Years of experience: 5 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
• University graduate with major in either engineering or business;
• At least five years working experience at a senior position on sales management and/or project management functions in major ITE company;
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Proven track record of growing business aggressively through effective sales and business development
• Outgoing, self-motivated, teamwork with good communication skills;
• Ability to convey high integrity and professional image;
• Good written and spoken English with good presentational skills
