Minimum education level:  Masters 

- 5 years accounting experience in Vietnam
- CPA is required
- Masters degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting and 4 years in auditing field
- Strong managerial and project managements skills
- Strong Computer literacy and excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to manage independent working teams
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. 
- Previous experience in service industry highly preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy business systems knowledge
