Job Description
As Sales Manager, the incumbent will play an instrumental role in developing and managing partner / channel network for Vietnam. This involves directing and motivating partners / channels in their assigned territories to drive orders and revenue in order to expand the business and to secure major accounts. 

Additionally, he/she is also required to prepare proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements, perform market analysis to identify potential markets and industries for the business as well as gather competitive intelligence for the marketing team. 

He/she will also be responsible for commercial offerings and customer account management.
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  7 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelor of Engineering 

• Local Vietnamese
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power systems / related industries.
• Working experience and general technical knowledge in enterprise or telco sales will be highly preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage effective partnerships by strengthening the relationships between partners and customers.
• Good communication, planning and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle and manage multiple projects.
• Highly independent, resourceful and results-driven with good business acumen and a strong passion to excel.
• Adaptable and able to work and thrive well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of the English language is a must.
