Management Trainee Programmes

The Management Trainee Program has been designed to develop young graduates to potentially take on leadership roles in the areas of business banking, financial institutions, finance, risk management, operations and IT. 

As a Management Trainee, you will receive a head start with comprehensive orientation and training programs. During the orientation, you will gain a broad overview of our business functions. It is also an excellent platform for you to network with fellow colleagues and leaders. 

Thereafter, you will undergo a division-specific attachment program to give you an in-depth understanding of the division's function. You may be invited to participate in project assignments and will receive personalized coaching from our experienced managers. Upon completion of your orientation and attachment, you will be posted to our branch in Ho Chi Minh City to assume the various positions.
