Job Description
|
As Marketing & Channel Sales Manager, the jobholder will cover the following duties and responsibilities:
o Identify & Develop innovative channel strategy to achieve target market penetration rates & long-term growth.
o In particular review current channels available in the market plus alternative options to create novel cost structure, consumer penetration potential and local socio-economic implications
o Develop sales strategy and business model development, including identifying potential partners to support Vietnam Emerging Consumer Markets (ECM) rapid growth plan.
o Identify, recruit and train channel partners in accordance with developed strategies
o Develop & deliver sales targets through the development and the management of an appropriately sourced sales function
o Together with the National Marketing & Channel Sales Manager, develop appropriate pricing strategy per channel and find optimal ways to execute within diverse channels and geographies in the North
o Actively involve to the Marketing campaign & product launch activities on the ground
o Ensure service delivery & customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
|
Years of experience: 5 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
Our Client is looking for high qualified candidates with the requirements as bellows:
Experiences:
• Good channel sales knowledge & experience in provincial areas
• Experience in setting up/managing distribution channel(s) within consumer goods company (In Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry is preferred)
• New company start up experience will be a plus.
• Marketing and Channel management experience is essential together with robust analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop ambitious but achievable sales plans and strategies to deliver growth agenda
• Excellent project management
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Strong HSSE Awareness
• IST & Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Outstanding relationship and network building skills at all levels, especially with rural people
• Innovative with entrepreneurial driven working behavior
• Be rigorous and pragmatic in delivery
Education:
• University Degree
• Marketing & Sales experience qualification an advantage.
Languages Needed:
• Vietnamese – Fluent
• English – Fluent (good report writing skills)
