Job Description
|
- Set and implement the overall direction, strategy, budget and sales targets for the company, for approval by Board
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation, quality of tours, and profitability of company
- Oversee the management team and manage all of the daily operations of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, accounting, and human resources
- Serve as public and internal leader and figurehead of company
o Communicate vision, mission, company goals and plans and create good working environment and high morale of staff
o Serve in high-level sales role for key existing and potential clients
- Report to Board on monthly basis on financial performance and other targets

Job Requirements
|
Years of experience: 3 year(s)
Minimum career level: CEO
Minimum education level: Bachelors
- At least 2-3 years in top management role with budget accountability at tourism, hospitality, or related company
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with sales & marketing or operations experience in tourism field preferred but not required
- Vietnamese language is required. English and/or Chinese is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and driven.
