Provide sales training to Sales Rep through workshops 

• Coach ASM/Sales Sup coaching skills receive feedbacks from Sales team

• Assist sales locations to ensure different ASM/Sales Sup using standardized and approved SalesTools 

• • Provide on-going problem solving 

• Assist sales locations to ensure sales team using standardized forms and procedures 

Assist sales locations to set up new routes, rerouting and other works as instructed by Sales Capability Manager 

• Provide on-going problem solving 

• Maintain profile and records of performance of sales locations 

• Implement and sustain other sales supporting projects as instructed by Sales Capability Manager
