Job Description
|
Develop a strong and healthy relationship with key Certified Partners not covered by a PAM to drive revenues. This role ensures that their partners are technically enabled, drive joint demand generation activities, support partners in selling solutions, and manage opportunity pipelines
Analyzing and selecting go-to-market priorities. Work with PAM to understand Subsidiary/District leadership local priorities for driving revenue growth and map your partners to these priorities.
Manage partner opportunity pipeline: Broker partners into opportunities; leverage existing field and telesales efforts to drive partner business opportunity; resource and support partner driven sales efforts.
Coordinate with PAM/ PDM for Joint sales and marketing planning with partners based on agreed commitment, rules of engagement, and Go-to-Market initiatives
Partner readiness and enablement. Coordinate and collaborate with PDM and other appropriate internal teams to ensure proper engagement of partners in readiness.

Job Requirements
|
Years of experience: 3 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: College
• College degree – preferably in Business or IT
• 3 –5 years account management experience in the IT industry
• Fluent oral and written English
• Track record and understanding of working with business partners
• Demonstrable evidence of developing business relationships
• Minimum 2 years experience of leading a team of telephone agents
• Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
• IT Channel experience preferred
• Self motivated, self disciplined, take ownership and be forward thinking
• Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
