Our client is a famous foreign company major in Real Estate

 responsible for working on the projects development from the looking the land to the getting license for the projects
 executing of the investor’s real estate projects
 Working with investor’s partners in project teams to look the suitable land
 Working with marketing consultants and other development team members to create the concepts that would be most suitable to the specific land and market trends 
 Working with agency of relevant governmental authorities in obtaining the required licenses for the projects implementation
 Working with relevant consultants (financial, legal, operational etc…) in implementing and developing the projects
 Maintaining the market investigation and collecting the information of other housing projects 
 Doing statistical activities and analysis of the information collected from every source. 
 Setting up and maintaining the relationship with other comparative companies’ staff to widen and evaluate the information sources.

Years of experience:  3 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

Candidate must have University Degree. Those who graduated from architect or construction department is preferrable
3 years experiences in the same positions
Deep understand about the real estate Market
Good presentation skill
Good negotiation skill
Good leadership skill
Good English is a must
