Banking / Invest

• Responsible for the management and delivery at the desired service standards, of all the processing operations in Banking. To perform the above functions at the highest standards and yet strive to be customer focussed, cost effective and error free.
• To project manage and implement any new processing platforms or transaction processing systems for the bank, ensuring the project’s rollout success and relevance to the business agendas of the unit.
• To help the business in the area of procedure mapping and documentation, and also to review the processes with a view to reengineer or streamline it to put in place a better workflow or practice.
• To manage in the area of operational risk assessment/ control and ensure continued compliance to good practices and regulatory requirements. To contribute to a compliance culture on key laws, regulations and group standards.
To drive excellence in Customer Experience in all customer touch points.

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

• Strong preference on working experience in a senior management capacity with operations and systems know-how.
• Experienced in managing within a large volume transactions environment.
• Experience in Operations, Risks & Compliance.
• Sound knowledge of banking and strong in system, processes and control.
• Meticulous and have good analytical skills to analyse, interpret, resolve and change workflow and improve productivity in multi product environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and manage staff.
• A strategic thinker, result-oriented, a team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Must posses and demonstrate both micro and macro perspective
