Administrative/Clerical - Transportation/Logistics

- Relieve the manager of admin tasks & take the initiative in the manager’s absence
- Coordinate the work flow; update & chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
- Arrange meeting facilities, prepare agenda in advance
- Arrange travel for group’s local & oversea members in flight, hotel, meal, transportation.
- Routine re-order of office supliers

Years of experience:  3 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Experienced (Non-Manager) 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University degree
- At least 3 years experience in the relevant position
- Fluently in English (both writing and speaking)

400 - 600 USD per month
