Advertising/Promotion/PR - Marketing

- Develop new business 

- Supervise day to day administration of accounts

- Develop a through understanding of the brands in charge

- Ensure that clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed

- Develop a sense of ownership of and passion for all creative work on his assignments 

- Flourish in the climate of creativity and innovation in the Brand team 

- Accept and implement new ways of working that allow the Brand team to deliver quality work faster and cheaper 

- Talk up the accounts and the work

Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Director 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Idea generation / think creatively.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to develop client relationships.
- Work productively with the various departments (Account management, creative, production, finance).
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- A Passion for creating good work.
- Good management skill
