Accounting/Finance - Banking/Invest

• Effectively executing and managing complete M&A Corporate Finance advisory processes, including due diligence, financial valuation models, market analysis, client relationship management; 
• Managing advisory assignments in multiple industry sectors; 
• Delivering projects on-time and on-budget (identifying and effectively dealing with risks, project extensions, etc.); 
• Leading, managing and motivating a team; 
• Further developing existing and new client relationships; 
• Maintaining high quality and professional standards; 
• Applying sound negotiation tactics on behalf of clients; 
• Making effective presentations to top client management.

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

• University Degree in Finance & Accounting. 
• Big 4 background and MBA degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 year experience relevant fields
• Teamwork; excellent communication skills – both written and verbal; 
• English proficiency 
• Self-motivated and adaptability to changes and new knowledge 
• Critical thinking and business analysis skills
