Manufacturing - Executive Management

– Achieve daily production output targets set by Board of Management.
– Ensure production complies with required Quality Standards. 
– Accountable for the overall performance of Production and delivery performance.
– Develop and implement relevant working standards, practices, standard operating procedures etc..
– Streamline and automate processes and information flows while controlling costs.
– Responsible for Production budgets, HR plan and controls.
– Develop long & medium term strategies to address the company’s needs and objectives.
– Direct and/or functional responsibility for the performance and development of production employees.

Years of experience:  6 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

– Expatriate.
– Male/Female; 35-45 years old.
– Demonstrate strong management/leadership skills.
– Engineering degree and/or min. 5 years experience in a similar position in an international manufacturing company. 
– Solid background in production, planning and controlling; problem-solving oriented and analytical.
– High sense of accountability, being also dynamic and flexible towards problem-solving.
– Fluency in English.
