Pharmaceutical/Biotech - Sales

a. Field Force responsibility
- Planning & Implementing the year / quarter plan
- Managing & coaching the team on field
- Managing the territory
- Train oneself to be a good model

b. Administrative responsibility
- To assure the team administrative work (Customers Record system, report system,..)

c. Field work responsibility
- To identify & develop key customers
- To maintain regular medical detailing activities 
- To manage special field activities

Years of experience:  3 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- Medical doctor or Pharmacist

- More than 3 year experiences as position of sales manager or supervisor 

- Team spirit : ability to work with & through people

- Human management skills : organizing & managing people; Leadership Appraisal & motivation skills.

- Good communication in Vietnamese and English

- Consistency, credibility
