Job Description
|
1. Develop vision, objective, strategies and tactics to ensure consistent implementation of high quality integrated marketing communication of brands and corporate identity.
2. Establish / Develop and communicate Direct/consumer-interface Marketing vision that is linked to business goals.
3. Develop direct/consumer-interface marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics that are linked to achievement of business goals and delivering value added results through superior execution.
4. Work collaboratively with Brand Marketing and Sales team members to communicate brand’s consistency in all channels nationwide.
5. Evaluate the needs of consumers on an ongoing basis and filling those needs with our business goals and objectives.
6. Contribute to the creation of a team-based environment to establish objectives and responsibilities to build and expand the company brands’ objectives.
7. Translate overall project objectives to specific work group priorities and coordinate with inter-functional areas to ensure project progress to completion.
8. Manage and direct 3rd party agencies to transfer company objectives and consumer needs into creative direct marketing / interactive strategies and executions to achieve the highest level of competitive superiority.
9. Identify and evaluate consumer needs, and analyze current direct marketing/consumer activities, through all possible sources of data, including competitive analysis, communication vehicle effectiveness and recommend marketing opportunities at strategic and tactical levels.
10. Seek out, identify and champion key ideas that generate positive direct/consumer-interface marketing results in order to attract and retain consumers as well as extend product usage and create a positive brand experience.
11. Manage activation A&P budget, against direct/consumer-interface marketing plan objectives, while seeking for expenses efficiency.

Years of experience: 3 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
- University gaduate - Degree in Economics, Marketing or its equivalent
- English proficency
- Creativity, reputation for sincerity, honesty and reliability
- Problem solving skill, high commitment in work, result oriented and pressure tolerance
- Able to work independently and be a good team player
- Intellectual / emotional capacity
- Strong presentation skill and written and oral English
