Marketing - Sales - Healthcare/Medical

1. Implement the agreed marketing strategies and ensure the attainment of the agreed marketing objectives or designated brands.
2. Implement new product development projects from concept to launch in consultations with Product Group Manager (PGM)
3. Implement all brand activities such as consumer promotion, gift box campaign , outdoor ads, media booking/ monitoring.
4. In conjunction with PGM , coordinate with R&D and Operation Teams in product development process and daily work.
5. Advice PGM and other departments on all matters concerning the designated products.
6. Monitoring and control the A&P expenditure of designated brand and updating PGM its status on monthly basis.
7. Participate in guiding , briefing and working with agencies/ media house in formulating creative and media strategies( design, spot- buy, sponsorship)
8. Prepare monthly report.
9. Provide product knowledge training to Sales and promotion teams.
10. Work with promotion team and sales team and make regular market visits to enhance market understanding.
11. Maintain up-to-date guard-books of own and competitors advertising and merchandising materials and marketing activities.
12. Provide ad –hoc assistance when required

Minimum career level:  Team Leader/Supervisor 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University graduate - Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
- English proficiency
- Strong sense of innitiative, analysis and pressure tolerance
- Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skill 
- Reputation for sincerity, honesty and reliability
