Insurance

- Formulates and implement training policies and procedure.

- Investigates and co-ordinates with line manager to identify training needs for all staffs concerned. Conducts training analysis and develops appropriate training plans

- Manages training activities to ensure training effectiveness

- Liaises with external trainers, institutions and consultants to design and deliver appropriate training courses.

- Searches, plans and co-ordinates with department head to organise training courses during the year.

- Manages training records of individual as well as functional groups.

- Organises and follow up in post training assessment.

- Other tasks will be assigned by Human Resources Manager.

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, experience in training & development
- Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Training delivery skills
- Instructional Design Skills
