Engineer - Manufacturing

*** Project Planning
- Understanding the requirements and deliverables for the project
- Work closely with the engineering section to ensure proper system design is implemented
- Develop Project Implementation Schedule, Equipment Procurement & Delivery schedule
- Check through Internal Sales Order for right equipment to be submitted for approval
*** Project Implementation
- Attend to project and site meetings
- Assist project manager to update site progress completion and relevant documentation for preparation of progress claims
- Monitor project progress with respect to contractual completion obligations
- Identify and document potential or confirmed variations. Establish the variation quotes and submit where necessary
- Ensure project staff conducts installation quality and work progress checks on subcontractors' works
*** Testing & Commissioning
- Ensure successful testin, commissioning according to schedule as planned
- Coordinate well with various site parties for a smooth testing & commissioning with consultant
*** Completion & Handing over of Projects
- Check and ensure all documentation are in order for handing over to client
- Check and ensure Project Staff conducts proper training to user. To coordinate with Engineering Section head that all training materials are prepared and in place
- Monitor and ensure completion of defects list
*** Reporting and Admin Support
- Report project progress and highlight any potential delays to the Project Manager
- Deputize Project Manager when on leave (Assign by Project Manager)

Years of experience:  3 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Experienced (Non-Manager) 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University degree
- At least 3 years experience in the relevant position
- Fluently in English
