Our client is a fund management and investment -finance consulting business of a foreign -owned life insurance company licensed in Vietnam

Insurance - Accounting/Finance - Banking/Invest

1. Prepare monthly/ semi and annual Investment report and reconciliation with controllers
2. Prepare monthly/ semi Investment report, Risk management report and Maximis report.
3. Set up, review current accounting/operation procedures/policy 
4. Review operation reports to Portia and from other Fund administrators. 
5. External audit and internal audit coordination
6. Participating in annual Broker review process, review commission fee and operation assessment.
7. Review custodian contract, operation memorandum 
8. Perform operation due diligence with brokers, fund administrators...to ascertain that the term of the service provided is the best available for client in the relevant market at the time transactions of the kind and size take place
9. Accounting Staff training and recruitment and management.
10. Adhere to local investment regulations 
11. Ad-hoc reports and assignments as and when required.

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

• Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting, or Banking
• Minimum 5 years working in the financial/banking accounting/controller. 
• Supervisory skills
• Communication skills 
• Professional qualification preferable (CPA, ACCA)
• Excel, Word, Power point
