Job Description
|
1. Access potential and determine entry strategy for each supermarket chain.
2. Establish relationship and negotiate trading terms, payment terms, listing fees, pricing structure…
3. Implement approved action plans for Modern Trade, monitor the progress against the agreed sales targets.
4. Monitor the merchandising activities, distribution, stock level and price on the Modern Trade channel are in line with business objectives.
5. Maintain field information system and provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager-South.
6. Make recommendation to the Area Sales Manager-South regarding Sales/ Merchandising/ Promotion plans for Modern Trade.
7. Monitor competitors’ activities including pricing and promotion activities with timely reports submitted to the Sales Manager-South
8. Continuously assess business opportunity including trends, market share, distribution expansion, new trade and promotion activities.
9. Ensure excellent relationship with trade customers.
