Accounting/Finance

· Process cash disbursement process in e-banking system for all payments in a timely, accurate and complete manner by prepare payment list, upload, notify/follow up with approver and maintenance payment status. Ensure payment are made in line with payment term and follow up bank statement for payment issues 

· Clear payments in SAP for transactions processed in e-banking system. 

· Prepare bank reconciliation correctly reflect the cash position of the company. Reconcile outstanding differences on a monthly basic as per company requirements. 

· Prepare weekly cash flow projection, propose deposit value to Senior Accountant and negotiate interest with banks 

· Manage weekly cash balance in line with approved and update weekly cash balance report in TWB 

· Post AR for incoming cash from TTC and others (if any) 

· Prepare monthly VAT report. Submit all tax reports to tax office on time 

· Monitor, tracking and maintenance fixed assets in SAP and physical location which correct reflect the status and value 

· Maintenance inter-company transactions in TRDB system in line with transaction updated in SAP and meet the charge back purpose. Filing Debit Note as per accounting standard requirements

Minimum career level:  Experienced (Non-Manager) 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- Bachelor degree, major in accounting 
- 2 to 3 years experience in similar job or accounting areas in a medium to large trading or distribution multi-national FMCG companies. 
- Good command of spoken and written English 
- Familiar with e-banking system
- Knowledge of general tax and accounting regulation 
- Familiar with multi-national cash disbursement policy
