- Advises and keeps the company management updated on the business laws and other legal issues, changes in law & regulations; evaluate their impact on company operations/strategies/profitability and develop company’s position on such changes.
- Provides general assistance to GD & MT involving variety of legal work including gathering of factual information relative to legal issues
- Acts as a legal backup for different functions 
- Researches statutes/regulations and court decisions to ensure the compliance to statutory
- Represents the company in court case dealing 
- In charge of all legal back up for different functions 
- Actively recommends changes in policies & procedures interest of legal aspect
- Handles all other administrative tasks relating to legal aspect

Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- A University Degree in Law, Master Degree is preferable;
- At least three years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in within multinational corporations; especially in FMCG area;
- Business-oriented with good judgment, good communication and presentation skills;
- Internally recognized expert in complex fields of legal issues to ensure company compliance to statutory
- Excellent written and spoken English
