Sales - Marketing - Advertising/Promotion/PR

• Develop overall business strategy and drive revenue growth for the company.
• Manage the VN day-to-day sales operations and provide functional oversight to the editorial and community functions that report solid line into Singapore
• Establish and maintain significant relationships with CEO’s, CMO's and Agency Directors. 
• Involved in the negotiations and sales efforts with VN’s largest resellers.
• Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of VN products and services through evangelizing the on-line proposition to the advertising community. 
• Provide input to SE Asia product and production teams to ensure the VN products and services meet local requirements.
• Analysis and reporting of all business and other relevant metrics.
• Ongoing and regular communications with the members of the SE Asia management team on business strategy, product strategy, and operational issues

• Demonstrated ability to execute on a growth strategy as part of a multinational company. 
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam internet market for publishers and advertisers.
• Strategic thinker, proven track record of driving significant revenue results in rapidly growing environment.
• Senior-Level Sales Management experience, leading high-performing sales organizations.
• Minimum of 10+ years in media sales and business development, including 3 years of people management experience. Experience with online media is also strongly preferred.
• Recognized industry presence and significant Senior Level contacts in the media industry. 
• Ideal candidate will have experience with telcos and/or ISP’s.
• Must have understanding of the government relations as it relates to technology and media
• Must be diplomatic, persuasive, and influential as a business partner who can get support from cross-functional professionals to ensure effective and efficient integration across the entire business
• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
