Accounting/Finance - Food/Beverage

- Managing a team of Internal Audit staff and oversee staff development
- Developing and maintaining client relationship
- Audit process management and compliance by establishing policy and guidance that support department strategy and Group Internal Audit requirments
- Reviewing and approving audit programs, working papers, and reports
- Assessing risks and developing risk-based audit plan
- Planning and conducting audits for the whole group of companies
- Presenting and discussing audit findings with management
- Writing audit report
- Following up on implementation of audit recommendations
- Preparing and submitting quarterly audit status report to Regional Group Internal Audit
- Conducting special investigation
- Participating in systems development
- Functional reporting to Regional Internal Audit Manager
- Administrative reporting to General Manager

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- A good degree in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification
- Currently an audit manager with at least 3 years of audit management experience with established multinational company and/or Big 4 accounting firm
- Familiar with manufacturing environment and ERP system
- Proficiency in English language
- Good leadership quality
- Mature and self-confident in dealing with senior management
- Good interpersonal skill and business acumen
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Willing to be hands-on in audit
- Strong analytical ability
- Willing to travel to other provinces and cities for audit
