Sales - Marketing

Overall Purpose:
- Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned project(s) and able to meet or exceed overall sales targets. 
- Able to be self-organized, and create sales planning and manage sales team to execute that plan according to company’s direction and support. 
- Handling multiple customers, and success in with selling experience 
- Negotiation skills to explain to customer, and control time management such as customer’s visit, maximize percent of time in front of customers, minimize travel time.

Years of experience:  3 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or closely related field or several years of practical experience
- Have industrial experience and application knowledge in the area of wood coatings
- Fluent in English, Vietnamese, speaking Chinese is a plus 
- Team player, clean and neat appearance, self- confidence, and ability to develop new ideas. 
- Willing to meet customer after work, and traveling throughout Vietnam. 
- Networking Within material supplier to furniture Industry. 
- Highly self-motivated, ability to accept rejection. 
- Maintain customer relationships and accounts receivables. 
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and market movement.
- Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills and training sales staff.
