- Review the performance of the field verifiers on a weekly basis
- Have daily morning huddles & track results end of day.
- Grade the verifiers on their performance and impart training to whoever is not up to the mark.
- Maintain benchmark for performance for field verifiers & check the same on an ongoing basis
- Maintain a personal workflow record
- Review whether the field verifiers are following the Code of conduct & Compliance policy.
- Design incentives for the field verifiers and communicate the budget for approval
- Ensure work culture / performance / productivity and most important staff motivation at highest level.

Years of experience:  2 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Team Leader/Supervisor 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University Graduate
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years at an officer. 
- Good Vietnamese and English communication skills
- Should have managed a team of at least 8 – 10 people
- Ability to work without full-time supervision
- Good IT skills 
- Team Leader
