- Overall responsibility for the management and operation of a joint venture portfolio company involved in developing a real estate project spanning residential and commercial sectors. 
- Represents the portfolio company in front of local and national government agencies. 
- Employs and supervises staff. 
- Proposes budgets and monitors costs. 
- Reports to the Company’s Board and Shareholders.

Minimum career level:  Director 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- Minimum six years work experience in a management field with a real estate company, financial institution or major corporate.
