Architect - Construction - Banking/Invest

- Project management and liaison with clients regarding issues. 
- Project feasibility study/evaluation 
- Project execution and completion. 
- Manage project work, from pre-construction to post construction phases. 
• Pre-construction phases: Checking preliminary cost-estimation; manage consultant evaluation; assist in project management, coordinate consultants and participate in design phases; control bidding procedures; legal compliance. 
• Construction phases: manage, review, inspect, monitor and advise project management; report the status of project investment; consider on-site quality control works; carry out procedures for purchasing of necessary materials and equipment; approve payment schedules for project works; control testing and commissioning of equipment. 
• Post-construction phases: manage necessary technical and legal procedures to officially complete the project.

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- Minimum five years work experience in architecture, construction field. 
- Project management and managerial experience. 
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction, architecture, engineering and the practical application of engineering science and technology.
