Job Description
|
*** Marketing Plan
- Prepare annual and half-yearly Marketing Plan to achieve Company’s overall business objectives.
- Develop clear marketing objectives and devise effective strategies including pricing, product developments, advertising and promotion, and distribution, to achieve those objectives.
- Implement marketing plans by coordinating and allocating resources accordingly.
*** Marketing Management
- Identify, evaluate and deliver business opportunities (domestic and overseas) that will provide competitive edges to the Company.
- Contributes in terms of cost effectiveness and profitability when directing marketing activities.
- Organize, and lead an effective and efficient Marketing Department with good supervision, training, and succession planning.
- Conduct and collect necessary and useful market information through market research and intelligence: competitors, product distribution, service, trade margin etc.
- Carry out Market Visits to both cities and provinces.
- Initiate and carry out on-going product development and or improvement by Product Development Plan through Product Development Team (PDT) Meeting: new categories, new variants, new SKU.
- Coordinate between departments (Production, Sales, Logistic, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Finance etc) for product development, product launching: testing, research, trial production, launching and evaluation.
- Plan for advertising, public relations, special events etc.
Report to General Manager monthly Marketing Report.
*** Authorities
- To approve Marketing Campaign and Marketing Campaign Review.
- To approve Purchase Requisition for items relating to Marketing Department.
- To approve Leave Application for Staff in Marketing Department.
- To approve Contact List
- To approve Competitor’s Promotion Review
- To approve Trade Audit Review
- To approve Recruitment Requisition for recruitment of marketing staffs.

Job Requirements
|
Years of experience: 5 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
- At least BA in Trade or Marketing
- At least 5 years experiences in FMCG companies
- 5 years in similar position
- Good knowledge of manners and customs of each region
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Good strategic thinking, tactical planning, analytical ability
- Having good relationship with competent authorities
- Interpersonal skill, communication skill, management skill, team building skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill
